Benjamin Paulekas was born in the early 20th century in Lawrence, Massachusetts.  He lived and painted for many years in Arlington, MA and developed a unique, modernist style with subjects ranging from Harbor Scenes, Provincetown and Cape Ann shore scenes to country landscapes.
